Who is Tomato Chip?

How can Tomato Chip offer such great prices?

Tomato Chip buys direct from the factory or manufacturer and distributors and passes the cost savings on to you.  When you buy from a store, retailers must charge you more to cover overhead costs such as product delivery from warehouse to store, store rent/utilities, stocking shelves, and other store labor.  At Tomato Chip, we maintain a low cost structure and ship product directly from our warehouses to your doorstep.  Many of our products are also sold in plain packaging, which further enables us to pass cost savings on to you.  Plain packaging reduces shipping costs and eliminates packaging waste.  Many retail products are packaged in expensive, fancy packaging which ultimately you, the consumer pays more for.

Is ordering from Tomato Chip secure?

When will my Tomato Chip order be filled?

After your order is received online, under most circumstances, we will ship the order within 72 hours.  Most orders received by 2PM PST are shipped out the same day. On Next Day Air orders, we strive to ship those received before 1pm Pacific Time. This is our goal, and we try our best to reach it. However, it is not a guranntee.

Where are Tomato Chip products shipped from?

Products ordered from Tomatochip are shipped mostly from our warehouses in California.  There are instances where your order may be filled from different warehouse locations in which you may receive your total order in separate packages.  Your order is filled with care and properly packed to ensure that you receive product in good condition. 

When will I receive my order from Tomato Chip?

All orders are sent Ground UPS or Ground FedEx and take 3-7 business days for delivery after leaving our warehouse in California.  Orders are not filled on weekends and UPS and FedEx do not operate normal business hours on weekends. For orders outside the Continental US, delivery times may vary.  No orders from outside the US can be accepted. For more information, please visit the UPS web site at www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com. An e-mail confirmation will be sent after your order is sent. Orders can be tracked via tracking number which is provided to you. For expedited shipping, please contact usand we will provide you with expediting shipping costs.

Do you ship product overseas?

Tomato Chip ships products to customers in the United States and Canada.  At this time, we cannot accept orders from overseas customers.  Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are subject to an additional $8.00 per order handling fee. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Tomato Chip gladly accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard.  Additionally, you may pay by eBay Payments or Paypal.  Arrangements may also be made to pay offline using money order, cashier's check, AMEX or Discover card. Acceptable payment is in U.S. dollars only.

Do you charge sales tax?

For orders sent outside California, we do not charge sales tax.  All residents of California are subject to mandatory sales tax.  Sales tax for California residents will be added to your order based on Orange County sales tax rate.

Do products from Tomato Chip come with a warranty?

All products sold by Tomato Chip come with a manufacturer's standard warranty against defects.  This will vary by product. Where available, this information is provided in the product descriptions.   Manufacturer warranty DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, IMPROPER HANDLING OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES. For more details about returns, please visit our returns policy page. There are no refunds. We only replace or repair at our option. 


What is your product returns policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on product that is not defective. For product that is non-defective, product may be returned for credit, but is subject to a15% restocking fee.  Defective products purchased at Tomato Chip may be returned for repair or replacement within 30 days of invoice.    Return mailing costs are non-refundable. Shipment costs of sending the replacement product to you are paid by us. For more details about returns, please visit our returns policy page.

 
How do I return a product to Tomato Chip?

All defective products returned to Tomato Chip must first receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA)  number.  Please contact us by e-mail at returns@tomatochip.com   describing the reason for return with your name, address, phone, e-mail and date of purchase.  For your convenience, you may also completethis information using an online form.  Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an RMA number and further instructions on how to return the product to us.

Can I buy in bulk quantity from Tomatochip?

All products shown in the Tomato Chip web site are available in bulk quantity prices.  Please contact us at sales@tomatochip.com for bulk pricing on a specific item.  Items listed in the Tomatochip Outlet Store are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be available in large quantities.  Please contact us if you have a specific request.  If you do not see a product you see on our web site, please contact us as we can source special product requests from our domestic and overseas manufacturing contacts.
