Tomato Chip Order Policies and DisclaimersOrderingOrdering
is simple and easy using our online secure shopping cart and
checkout system. After
placing items in your shopping cart, review your order, and
indicate method of payment then submit your secure encrypted
transaction. An order
confirmation is sent to you and you may check the status of
your online order at anytime.
Tomato Chip accepts payment online using major credit
cards including Visa and Mastercard.
Payments cannot be accepted online with AMEX and Discover card
but orders using these cards can be phoned in. Payment
may also be made using eBay Payments/Paypal.
Orders may also be placed by phone, and we also accept
cashier’s checks and money order payment.

us for offline ordering instructions. Products
All
products sold at the Tomato Chip web site are in brand new condition
unless otherwise noted. Products
sold in the Tomato Chip Clearance Center are sold as either
new, factory renewed (refurbished), or open box return (OBR).
Factory renewed products are products that have been
previously purchased, and repaired or refurbished to operate
to the same quality standards as a new product. OBR are products
that are new and unused but cannot be sold as new. New
products and OBR products sold by Tomato Chip come with the
manufacturer’s standard warranty against defects.
All “factory renewed” products will have the warranty
period stated in the product information.
Shipping All
products are shipped Ground UPS or FedEx Ground from our warehouses. Shipping
and handling charges are added when you place your order based
on actual order weight. Tomato
Chip can ship to locations within the United States and Canada;
at this time we cannot process international orders.
Orders going to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska are subject to an additional
$8.00 shipping and handling charge.
As your order may contain products located at our different
warehouses, you may receive your order in different shipments
but will be charged the same rate indicated when you checkout. Sales TaxSales
tax is added to all orders placed by residents of California. If you live in California, you will be charged
the Orange County sales tax rate of 7.75%. We must charge mandatory sales tax to California
residents because our operation is based in Calfornia. ReturnsProduct
returns may be made for defective products which may be replaced
or repaired. Returns must receive a return merchandise authorization
(RMA) number before a product can be sent back to us.
All sales are final and Tomato Chip does not offer credit
card/cash refunds. To
receive an RMA number, please send us an e-mail at returns@tomatochip.com. We can also be reached by phone or fax, please
visit our contact information page. Errors
and Omissions Although
every attempt will be made to ensure correct product descriptions,
images, and pricing, on occasion, there may be errors or omissions
in this web site. Tomatochip.com
reserves the right to make corrections and adjustments to information
on this web site including pricing errors. If a pricing error has been made in good faith,
Tomatochip.com reserves the right to correct pricing and cancel
any orders received at the erroneous pricing. |
